Absolutely no drawing or painting skills required for this workshop week.
You’ll learn about color and value and create a landscape painting with gouache and/or collage.
$370 (includes $20 materials fee)
MOSAICS & CERAMICS –
July 6-10 9 – noon
glass mosaic mirror / textured ceramic vessel
We’ll begin and end the week making free form ceramic vessels.
Midweek will be spent designing and creating a glass mosaic mirror.
$395 (includes $45 materials fee)
Instructor – Amy Worth
Amy Worth was a textile artist for over twenty five years. Her designs, in fabric and wallpaper, are part of the product lines of Ralph Lauren, Paloma Picasso, Calvin Klein and many others.
Amy taught Drawing and Painting, Creative Crafts, and Fashion Design & Illustration, a program she created, at Huntington High School for twelve years.
She currently owns and operates The South Street Gallery, in Greenport, with her husband Tom Payne.
She works presently in oils, collage and fiber.
